<p>Hamstring Stretch &#8211; Lie on floor with knees bent.  Straighten one leg and slowly pull it towards you, clasping the thigh, calf or ankle.  Keep knee slightly bent. Switch legs.</p>
<p>Inner Thigh Stretch &#8211; Sit on floor with feet pressed together.  Keeping abs in, lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch in your inner thighs.  </p>
<p>Lung Stretch &#8211; In lunge position, rest back knee on the floor, with front knee at 90 degree angle, abs in.  Gently press forward until you feel a stretch in the front of the leg/hip. Switch legs.</p>

<p>&#8216;God sends meat and the Devil send cooks&#8217; is a saying which applies with full force to this country. There is food in abundance, but it is dressed after a manner that is enough to appaul even a hungary stomach&#8221; &#8211; Margaret Hall</p>
<p>Going on to state how the abbundance of food on our plate is even appealing to a full stomach, which should be changed to the European way of preparing food.</p>

Two thirds of the students were fell under the state&#8217;s weight standard for their age and gender. The other thirty-five percent of the students who met or exceeded the state&#8217;s fitness standard scored higher than the other sixty-five percent of the students.</p>
<p>Studies are already being looked at for a correlation between being physically fit and grades. If studies further confirm a link between the two, we may see schools further investing towards physical education in order to improve their student&#8217;s education.</p>

<dd>One of the biggest names in the business, Gold&#8217;s has over 600 locations throughout the USA and more than 20 countries. </dd>
<dt><a href="http://www.ymca.net/" target="_blank">YMCA</a> </dt>
<dd>Look for a YMCA near you. They offer great deals for family memberships and usually have a wide choice of fitness activities including gym, pool, basketball, etc. </dd>
<dt><a href="http://www.fitnessfirst.cc/" target="_blank">Fitness First</a> </dt>
<dd>A great regional chain of gyms in the mid-Atlantic states and Florida. Lots of offerings for different fitness goals and reasonably priced. </dd>
<dt><a href="http://www.curves.com/locations/" target="_blank">Curves</a> </dt>
<dd>An international health club dedicated to providing affordable, one-stop exercise and nutritional information for women. </dd>
